I decided to give him a try, since I had liked him as a salesperson, vs. some others I met, and I also liked the vehicle. When I came in, the manager knew that they were behind the other vehicle I was set to buy, yet by the time we were finished, the complete package of goods, services and extras beat the other offer. This place is a joke - don't trust that any work is done This place is a joke. Repeatedly we have had our vehicles serviced there and have no clue if work was actually done.Every time that we go in they ind This place is a joke. Repeatedly we have had our vehicles serviced there and have no clue if work was actually done.Every time that we go in they indicate our tire pressures were checked and are at the recommended level, and they are not. And there is no change from the levels they are at when we arrived. This week I was there for the normal 30k mile service, which includes a tire rotation. However, after the "rotation" the tires that were low/high hadn't changed positions making me really question if the rotation was even completed. I also asked them to look at the driver's window as it had been acting up for many months. It would start to go up but then go back down all on its own, almost like it was blocked. The woman tried the window and of course it worked just find. Since it wasn't acting up at that moment she said there is nothing they could do, which I don't believe. You can still investigate an issue even if you don't see it directly. But of course, the issue happened again within an hour of leaving the dealership as they wouldn't even check it out.... More

Clueless, high turnover, always something wrong when I leave Staff seems to never know the answer to my questions. There is high turnover. I never see the same people working. They appear unkept. Mainly every time I leave there is a reason I have to return. First time they did not 'refresh' the maintenance needs that pop up on my mid screen. So I had to drive 35 miles back the next week to have them correct it. This last time they forgot to put the tire bolt lock back on my tires and I had to return to pick it up a few days later. All the above does not give me any confidence in their work on my Armada. More

Obnoxious Music I can in for a routine oil change and recall work. The oil change was fine. For some reason, they were not able to complete the recall reprogramming I can in for a routine oil change and recall work. The oil change was fine. For some reason, they were not able to complete the recall reprogramming so I have to go back. Following one more free oil change, I will not sit and wait for work to be done listening to hard rock blasting from the sales area with the tv blaring cold cases on the Justice Network. My car was washed, but still dirty. Little things matter. It was ready on time, but without all work performed. Would I recommend is "maybe". I don't remember the names of my service representatives.
