We've had better experiences We recently traded our 14 month old Nissan for a new Rogue as ours had been in the shop there for over 2 months with no end in sight. We decided to bi We recently traded our 14 month old Nissan for a new Rogue as ours had been in the shop there for over 2 months with no end in sight. We decided to bite the bullet and make a trade. The deal was adequate. We were a captive audience as we had no vehicle to take elsewhere to trade. We went in on a Monday eve to make a deal and were told it could be as quick as 30 minutes to complete the transaction but it ended up taking about 3 hours. Are we completely satisfied? Not really. Even thought we had all that time sitting in the dealership, no effort was made to go over the all the particulars of the new vehicle. Didn't even pair my phone. When I got home, I realized there were a number of paint chips on both sides of the vehicle so not very happy about that even though they said they will take care of them. I do really like the new vehicle otherwise. Lots of features and bells and whistles. Hoping to have a good experience in the long run. More
