I first visited BOUCHER Nissan of Waukesha online before I went to the Bricks/Mortar location. The team at Boucher, in particular Vincent Holz and Wolfgang Miller reviewed my current, and more importantly FUTURE life situation and provided several scenarios regarding a new vehicle. Having NEVER leasing a vehicle, the team at Boucher provided ALL the INFORMATION I needed to make an informed and KEY decision. Taking several hours on a late Saturday afternoon, I made the decision to lease a 2021 Nissan Sentra SV. That following Monday, I was the proud owner of a beautiful car that provides me with piece of mind and the flexibility in my current and near-term future of transportation! I was never told any numbers for my trade in or what the loan amount would be. When I went to talk to finance I thought it was to go over numbers so I could make my decision. I was told that they had already cancelled my lease and had no choice but to buy what I was looking at. I was also led to believe that I would be paying less per month on the new vehicle and that I was about $1,000 on my current vehicle. I ended up paying more per month and they gave me $5000 less than blue book on my current vehicle and they would not budge. I will never use the dealer again and I will not tell anyone to use them. More

A Mixed Experience – The salesman we worked with, Joe A Mixed Experience – The salesman we worked with, Joe Cavaluzzi, was very helpful, informative, non-pressure, and understanding of our circumstanc A Mixed Experience – The salesman we worked with, Joe Cavaluzzi, was very helpful, informative, non-pressure, and understanding of our circumstances and timeframe, which turned out to be about 7 weeks from start to finish. We decided on an Altima SV with Premium Package – a really nice car. I provided the required information for 0.9% financing and received their written offer to purchase. I was surprised to see a “Market Adjusted Addendum” for $2,495 which brought the final price after rebates to $1,245 MORE than MSRP. When Cole called to discuss the offer he effectively stated it was a dealer adder based on their inventory – only three in stock compared to twenty usually. I informed Joe that we will not pay a premium for the privilege of dealing with Boucher, that there are plenty of Nissan dealers in the area and we will take our business elsewhere. A few days later I received a text Jim Paolo, General Manager, authorizing a VIP price that made their offer much more attractive. I confirmed that the offer would be the real out the door price and accepted it. I made an appointment to pick up the car that evening. When I arrived, I was told they were finalizing the data in the computer system and would be with me shortly. Unfortunately, they were having computer issues, and after waiting a little over an hour we decided to reschedule for two days later. The Boucher team was apologetic about the wait and problem, and I was understanding, since my business has computer issues from time to time as well. My appointment was scheduled for 3:00, and I was told it shouldn’t take more than 20 to 30 minutes. After the previous inconvenience and waste of my time I expected everything to be ready for a smooth and timely completion. Wrong! After impatiently waiting half an hour I walked back into the glassed offices and asked how soon someone would see me for my 3:00 appointment. Had my check for my sizable down payment not cleared my bank the day before I would have walked out and taken my business elsewhere. Finally, after 45 minutes Corey Weathers, Finance Manager, appeared in the doorway and asked, “So are you ready to get this done?” The kindest words that could come to my mouth were that I have been ready since our 3:00 appointment and have waiting for HIM for the past 45 minutes! He never introduced himself, never apologized for the extended delay, and gave no indication that my time was every bit as valuable as he thought his to be. Digital signatures took about 5 minutes, and I was out the door. Unfortunately, my negative experience with Corey Weathers was my last, and lingering, memory of my dealings with Boucher Nissan of Waukesha. To summarize: Joe – 5 Stars, great to work with. Valued my time and business. The reason I would recommend this salesperson. Corey – can you give negative stars? Did not show in any way that he valued my time or business. The reason I will not recommend this dealer and will not be returning. More

Everything was excellent. I brought the Versa in for a routine oil change and to fill up the tires. Eric made sure I knew which services were available that could get taken care of (tire rotation and air routine oil change and to fill up the tires. Boucher Nissan is the only place I trust with my car for maintenance. Thanks everybody for all the hard work you do! More
