This dealership was a great experience from the moment I called to inquire to the time I left with keys in hand. I called to verify that a used Jeep was available for sale, Ron answered the call and gave us called to inquire to the time I left with keys in hand. When we arrived the Jeep was clean and ready to go, Ron asked us a few question, and we went out on a test drive. Ron even came with which I have not experienced in a long time. He was polite, informative, and great all around conversation. When we arrived back at the dealership our existing car was appraised and a fair value was agreed upon. We left for lunch while the paperwork was being put together for finance and when we arrived back the deal was ready to sign. All in all this was the smoothest most peaceful new car buying experience I have had in recent memory. I have purchased 14 vehicles and this was a great experience compared to many others. And then you have the mechanic , Jeff Johnson, he treated my car as if it was his own. I’m a little funny about having service on my GTR because there aren’t a lot of mechanics that are qualified to service them, but Jeff Johnson was definitely more than qualified. I brought my car in and I was in and out within 3 hours. My car needed a front end alignment and 4 TPS monitors. I just want to say thank you for taking such good care of my car.
