The maintenance required soon light didn't go off and the sticker for the next service reminder was not replaced. Last week we had our van in for schedule maintenance and afterwards we found fluids leaking from underneath. We notified the service department and they scheduled us to bring right back in so they could cor afterwards we found fluids leaking from underneath. We notified the service department and they scheduled us to bring right back in so they could correct the issue. They also scheduled a follow-up visit to clean and detail the van. They also apologized for the poor service with a little gift for my wife (as it was her vehicle and time) The gestures were very much appreciated and that's why we choose Boucher! More

Devin was clearly untrained and inexperienced which "is what it is", but he needs to be better trained and show more confidence, Amanda was extremely helpful and professional with helping Devin with what t what it is", but he needs to be better trained and show more confidence, Amanda was extremely helpful and professional with helping Devin with what to do as well as helping us with our needs. Noticed after the fact that what the vehicle was brought in for can't even be performed at that location, but were still charged over $300 (when we were told over the phone before bringing the vehicle in that the service could in fact be performed there). Addressed this with Eric and he was beyond unprofessional and made it perfectly clear that he did NOT care in the least bit about our concerns and lack of service. He told us he would look into it and give us a call back, never called back so we had to call AGAIN (this happened two times). It ended with him telling us if we don't like it, dispute the charge with our credit card company which is unfortunately what we had to do. From the couple experiences we've had there, Amanda should be the one in Eric's position, Eric should NOT be holding the position he has due to his arrogance and lack of customer service ability, and Devin needs more hands on training and experience. Also nobody called for authorization on the attempted repairs, since the ONLY call we received was from Devin telling us the vehicle was completed. When mistakes and errors happen, they need to simply be admitted and handled appropriately and DON'T lie to the customers. More
I got to my appointment early, and they took me in early not problem. I had my transmission serviced, along with a 4 wheel alignment. I got quoted for a new axle, and a new battery as both were in need of r not problem. I had my transmission serviced, along with a 4 wheel alignment. I got quoted for a new axle, and a new battery as both were in need of replacement. I didn’t however get quoted for parts to fix the rear toe issue that I have, and I didn’t discover the results of the alignment until I got home. The rear toe was .25 in off. I probably would’ve had that replaced immediately. Now I’m gonna have to take it back and get it done again or do it myself…I wish the service writer would’ve mentioned it that day to me without me having to call him. More
