Time management is not a strong suit of this location. Feel as though they overbook in case someone doesn’t show. I was there for a key fob recall it took 1.5 hours! Owners manual missing from car and part on drivers side of dash needed to be replaced, which kept popping open on the new car. The part finally came in and getting it fixed this week. Warranty cost was not originally presented clearly and had to do a lot of back and forth to get that straightened out and still waiting for refund on the warranty and Key Fob warranty to take place. It wasn't clear when or how that would be refunded back. Emails asking for clarification on that were not answered back. More
