I was a returning customer, but it seemed my business was taken for granted. I asked my sales person for the best possible out the door price on a Nissan Sentra SV. Though about it for a week, decided that taken for granted. I asked my sales person for the best possible out the door price on a Nissan Sentra SV. Though about it for a week, decided that was the car I wanted, and offerred $607.11 less. Well they dropped the price 40 bucks, and said that was only because they had the car in stock and thought they didn't. Well the car was their ad leader for over 2 weeks, I saw it on their lot for two Sundays in a row. Now I could be wrong on that, but the bottom line was they were not willing to negotiate at all. It smelled funny to me so I called Rosen, and it took me 20 minutes on the phone with a sales person that I never met, to get my price, $607.11 lower than Boucher - and Rosen did not know I was also talking to Boucher when I reached a much more favorable price. Of course when I told Boucher this they dropped their price $707.11 lower to beat Rosen in five minutes, where as a day before they could do no better. So I trusted them to give me the best price being a returning customer, but I greatly dissapointed of course. I think Boucher just got a little too greedy, if they would have dropped their price and met me halfway the first time, I never would have called Rosen. Everyone would have been happy. I would have expected this if I was a first time customer, but not as a returning customer. Proves you always have to shop around. Everything up to the price negotiaing was great. My sales person was from Boucher Hyudai, so not sure if it was the manager at Nissan or her who maybe thought I would take their price without checking. She was great last time I bought a car from her and was great this time until the final call from her. I asked my salesperson to call me, she did ....and the first thing she said was "What's up" and not in a friendly kind of way. They still could have recovered my business at that point, but not after that. I am still going to say I reccommend this dealer, because up to the price negotiating, all was great. Somehow it all fell apart quicky after they refused to counter offer. More

I initially started by looking at a Hyundai at Boucher Hyundai. Fawn Delaney worked with me at the Hyundai dealership. Instead of passing me over to a different sales person, she continued on as my sales person for Boucher Nissan. This was great, since I was already comfortable working with her. In my opinion, she went out of her way to make sure that I got what I wanted at the price that I requested. I worked with several people from the time that I first walked into Boucher Hyundai until I drove off the lot at Boucher Nissan. Everyone that I dealt with was very professional and very willing to help any way that they could. Thanks to everyone that helped to make my car buying experience a pleasant one. I would recommend Fawn Delaney to anyone. She made me feel comfortable and never pressured me to buy a car. More
I was at ease buying my first brand new car. Tony Mayen made me very comfortable and explained each and every question in detail. This was probably the easiest purchase of a car ever. 45 minutes to buy the car and a half hour the next day to take delivery. I was looking everywhere for a nice dodge charger, or challenger. I found lots of good ones on the web, but when I found the site for Boucher Nissan of Waukesha, I was surprised to see a 06 charger r/t challenger. I found lots of good ones on the web, but when I found the site for Boucher Nissan of Waukesha, I was surprised to see a 06 charger r/t Daytona for the price they were asking. I thought that there must have been some sort of catch. My wife and I stopped in, and we were treated like family. Mike Fuller was the sales rep. I spoke to on the phone, and he was the one who greeted us when we arrived. Now, keep in mind, I went there totally expecting them to turn me down because I have no credit history, or just " bad credit", but they worked hard to find me a deal. There were problems with my license that I was unaware of until I tried to get the coverage to drive the car home. They held the car for me for a couple of days so I could straighten out my license. Today a have the car I wanted, and it would not have been possible without the team at Boucher Nissan of Waukesha! More
I heard good things about this dealership from a friend who recently bought a car there, so I decided to do a little research and I headed in to lease a new vehicle. My goal was to lower my monthly payment who recently bought a car there, so I decided to do a little research and I headed in to lease a new vehicle. My goal was to lower my monthly payment from what I was currently at and to get a price that I thought was fair for the vehicle I owned. I made a request online and was contacted by Kim the next day. She was extremely friendly and we set up an appointment for a day later to get my car appraised. I told her on the phone what I was interested in and within minutes I received an e-mail with all of the offers and details for the car I was looking at. The following day I went in and met with Kim. She had a gentleman, I believe named Joe, appraise my car and then assist with the rest of the sale. After some negotiation Kim and Joe were able to meet my needs for the car, pricing, and trade in value of my old car. I had to go before we could complete the sale, so later that night Kim drove to my work and picked me up in my new car to take me back to the dealership to complete the paper work. She took me through all of the details and features of the car and made sure that I was comfortable when I drove away. Adam did a great job making the paperwork go smoothly and overall it was a great experience. I now have a 7 year newer car with a car payment that is $65 lower than on my previous car. I would definitely recommend using the website and getting in touch with Kim for that busy customer that doesn't have time to spend all day at a dealership. It made the process much more streamlined and efficient. I love my new car and I know Boucher will be there for me if I need anything. Thank you Kim, Joe, and Adam! More
BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!!! I was extremely frustrated by Boucher's poor business practices: I saw a car advertised online at a price point that was appealing to me, I drove over 10 miles and went in with th Boucher's poor business practices: I saw a car advertised online at a price point that was appealing to me, I drove over 10 miles and went in with the ad printed out, I test drove the car, loved it, was to the point of, "Yes, I'll take it." Only then the salesman's manager said that the price wouldn't be honored. This manager then made no attempt to remedy the situation, any apologies, etc. Kevin T., my salesperson, was very nice about it all. Not the manager. Upon being pressed, this manager (Todd) told me that the price was really a price for a 2012 model (not the 2013 like I drove), which reeked a bit of the old bait and switch. I wasted time, effort, the gas, and emotional investment in this deal; don't make the same mistake I did. Be careful when using this business. More
