Service center I purchased a car from a different Nissan location and had a great experience. Since relocating this location is much closer. Ive been in multiple tim I purchased a car from a different Nissan location and had a great experience. Since relocating this location is much closer. Ive been in multiple times for service and each experience has been worse than the other. Service counter staff were rude and talking to me like I knew nothing about my car. The female counter staff was talking about another customer being rude they were but her attitude was terrible. I will be driving my car out of my way to the dealership I purchased it from or paying for my services before taking my car back here. More

Worth the drive for excellent service! I am nearly 90 years old and reside in Racine. Regardless, I always bring my nearly 20 yo Maxima to Boucher Nissan for all my service work. I am always greeted professionally and quickly upon arrival. The work is explained to me in language I understand and performed in a timely fashion. The service waiting area is pleasant, clean and full of great free snacks. The atmosphere in general is cheerful and bright. Checkout is quick. Costs are unbeatable. They even washed my car! The service team escorted me to my waiting car and made certain I was comfortable and safe to drive home. What a great experience. More
