Nice, friendly people I would give this a 3 star rating, but the majority of the time, I am not informed about what is going on with my vehicle, and I have to reach out to I would give this a 3 star rating, but the majority of the time, I am not informed about what is going on with my vehicle, and I have to reach out to the dealership to hear anything, and most of the time my vehicle is there for days. The saving grace, is that I do get a vehicle to use while mine, which is a lot less than what I am constantly having serviced, but it's something. My vehicle has some serious issues, and I don't trust it to drive any distance. I asked to get an appraisal, never got it.....asked to have someone reach out to me for a trade in opportunity, never got it. What's going on here? More

In the past I had one poor experience where a young women did not ensure that my tires were rotated. Had to tale to the service manager to resolve which he did wit apologies. She also told me my break pads were wearing even though I had you replace them 10,000 miles ago at an earlier visit. Not sure how she came to that conclusion. More

Leased a new loaded 2016 Altima & a loaded 2017 Rougue. Both leasing experiences were completed very professionally. To date, no problems with either vehicle. They stand behind you...as far behind as possible I have no axe to grind with the sales department.Mike Garrett made a fair deal for two vehicles,a Juke and a new Rogue.But that is where the good expe I have no axe to grind with the sales department.Mike Garrett made a fair deal for two vehicles,a Juke and a new Rogue.But that is where the good experience ended.I had a problem with the new Rogue and brought it in for service.They made me feel like I was inconveniencing them.From there it only has gotten worse.Lies upon lies from the service adviser,service manager all the way up to the store manager.I give the Rogue a grade of A,but the service at Boucher an F.It is terrible!I would never again buy a vehicle from them and hope this review helps others to avoid the drama and bad experience I had to deal with.Do yourself a favor and don't shop at Boucher! Sales people great, service not so good. We have purchased a number of vehicles from Boucher Nissan. We received a notice that there was a recall on our Versa to replace the air bags. I calle We have purchased a number of vehicles from Boucher Nissan. We received a notice that there was a recall on our Versa to replace the air bags. I called the dealership on a Monday and made an appointment for the next day to have the recall taken care of. I asked at the time how long it would take and was told a little over an hour. We decided we would just wait on the service. When we arrived at the service department for our appointment we were told the service would take an hour and a half. After 2 hours our service rep, Amanda came in and said they were almost done. A half hour later I went back out to service to see what the status was and she told me there had been a problem with the air bag and the service tech had to redo it. Finally, after over 2.5 hours the car was ready. We drove home without incident, but the next day when we turned the car on the horn would randomly and frequently blow. I called Amanda back and she acknowledged that it was probably due to the air bag replacement. She told me to just bring it back in. I told her I was not comfortable driving a car with the horn constantly blaring (seemed an obvious concern). At that point she told me she would send a tow truck or someone who could disable the horn and bring the car in for service. She also told me she would call back and let me know what was coming and when. The call never came, all of the sudden there were 2 men from Bouche at our house. Their plan was to pull the fuse on the horn and drive it back to Bouche. They didn’t have the right tool to pull the fuse so they ended up driving it with the horn blowing. Amanda called me later that day to let me know the replacement air bag was defective and they had to order the part, it would be delivered the next morning and they would get right on it. At noon the next day (it’s Thursday now) Amanda informed me the wrong part had been delivered and now it’s going to be Monday before they can take care of it. She also informed me they didn’t have any rentals available. I really feel this is pretty inferior service and I question whether or not we will purchase another vehicle from Bouche. More
