Waste your time here SHADY DEALER! Worst car buying experience I’ve ever had out of 7 cars. Me and the wife were just browsing for a new Rogue. Got 7 different prices for SHADY DEALER! Worst car buying experience I’ve ever had out of 7 cars. Me and the wife were just browsing for a new Rogue. Got 7 different prices for the car and lease options. Salesman knew I didn’t want a lease but convinced the wife a lease was a better way to go. xxxxxx with price for 4 hours. Salesman was a puppet to the sales manager. Said they had a $1000 trade in certificate that ended that day. A LIE and shady tactic to trick my wife which was never in any paperwork. I gave in to all the xx because I wanted to go home. Never even got the 0% for 60 month payment quote I wanted on the vehicle. I was even kind enough to go in the next day and hand in the 2nd set of keys to the car we traded in. Asked if we could change purchase to a lease and was told no. So I left promptly, wasn’t even offered a GM or anything. So we emailed the online manager to switch lease to a purchase on the next business day. Said she could do it with no additional cost to us. Sat in dealership for 4+ hours that day pushed between salesman, some kind of manager, finance manager, and general manager. The online manager went home SICK before we got there. Then the GM finally pushed everything on finance manager and nothing got done except trying to get another $2100 off of us. Then they told me they’d lose thousands of dollars doing this. So instead of paying$2100 and them losing money, I asked for 3 oil changes and floormats to be added in. Finance manager said the GM would rather us pay $2100 because if they gave us the floor mat and 3 oil changes it would go against everyone’s bonus. An approximate $300 value. So if they didn’t bite on that, I felt we were lied to again. So, I just left disappointed and will never buy a Nissan again just because of this dealership. They explained they wanted a good review when we purchased the car, and they would buy us a tank of gas. When we got home we read the questionnaire. 2 questions stood out. 1. Did you get an upfront price? NO, gave us 3 different prices in 5 minutes and wasted 4 more hours. Then got 1200 knocked off before we walked after 4 hours. 2. Did you feel sales pressure? Yes. Worst I’ve ever had buying a car (out of 7). Salesman not so bad, but the used car manager (Brandon) was pushy before we left. Why ask for a review when you hassle customers with price? I get negotiation on a used car, but never got a straight price all night. The lease doesn’t fit our lifestyle, worst decision I have ever made and yet let the wife do it (My fault which is why I give a 1 star not zero). I wanted to wait until next day to think about the car. Salesman understood, but sales manager I think wanted a bonus. Which is why he gave so many prices and played us. More

We sought out George when we were exploring lease options. We felt that George understood what we were looking for and that he went out of his way to find and obtain what turned out to be the vehicle we wanted even though, as we learned, there was a very limited number of 2018 vehicles still available. George was able to coordinate the installation of some add on options which made out experience even more enjoyable. More
