Obnoxious Music I can in for a routine oil change and recall work. The oil change was fine. For some reason, they were not able to complete the recall reprogramming I can in for a routine oil change and recall work. The oil change was fine. For some reason, they were not able to complete the recall reprogramming so I have to go back. Following one more free oil change, I will not sit and wait for work to be done listening to hard rock blasting from the sales area with the tv blaring cold cases on the Justice Network. My car was washed, but still dirty. Little things matter. It was ready on time, but without all work performed. Would I recommend is "maybe". I don't remember the names of my service representatives. Clueless, high turnover, always something wrong when I leave Staff seems to never know the answer to my questions. There is high turnover. I never see the same people working. They appear unkept. Mainly every time I leave there is a reason I have to return. First time they did not 'refresh' the maintenance needs that pop up on my mid screen. So I had to drive 35 miles back the next week to have them correct it. This last time they forgot to put the tire bolt lock back on my tires and I had to return to pick it up a few days later. All the above does not give me any confidence in their work on my Armada. More
