Disappointed that there was no communication from service department regarding my car. I had to call to find out what was being done. I brought the car in on January 29. I heard nothing about my vehicle until I called on February 20. I picked up my car on February 21. UPDATED!! I received a call from Mel Ehnert following my last service. Mel apologized for the delay in communication. I have enjoyed working with Boucher Nissan in the past and will continue to have my car serviced with Boucher Nissan. Mel assured me that there will be better communication in the future. Mel also explained to me the difficulty in working with an electric vehicle as it is such a new technology and it is presenting a learning curve. More
