The best ever!!!! Matt sold me my car awhile back and it was an amazing experience. The guy got a car from another store and made the numbers work for us. He ran around Matt sold me my car awhile back and it was an amazing experience. The guy got a car from another store and made the numbers work for us. He ran around so quickly to get everything done in a timely manner. I truly felt that he found me the perfect car, made it fit in my budget, and did so quickly. Definitely respected me and my time. They wanted me to finance but he made it work with a cash purchase. I cannot day enough good things. I will never work with another salesperson. More

great This is important so please read this: A product is only as good as the Company that stands behind it. We purchased a new Truck this year This is important so please read this: A product is only as good as the Company that stands behind it. We purchased a new Truck this year not because we wanted the prestige of having a new truck, but our old truck was starting to penny us to death. We purchased a new 2018 Nissan Frontier. This truck we now have owned for about 2 months maybe 3 and it has 2000 miles. It is in warranty and we purchased the extended warranty. The Nissan is 4-wheel drive because of the weather in ND at this time of the year and also in WI. Yes, he did drive it to Nd to go hunting. He took the ATV along because he uses the ATV for off road hunting, he has a special permit to use a car, truck or ATV to hunt from. He did drive the Nissan in snow on gravel roads, never off road, for around Zeeland ND there are gravel roads and this year lots of snow. This truck IS A 4 WHEEL DRIVE VEHICLE and considered an off the road vehicle and should be able to be use in snow and gravel roads His 4-wheel drive is broke, no worry we have a warranty, so he took it to Bismark to the dealer 100 miles from where he stays. Ken was told it was not covered under Warranty because the repair was road damage. If this is road damage why is this broken part or wire not protected by a plate or something knowing what these trucks can be used for? My concern is why they considered this repair was due to road damage, was it because he drove this 4 wheel truck on roads that are not in (pristine condition) (my words not theirs). Or was it considered road damage because the truck had mud on it due to the fact he is staying on a cattle ranch and they have mud around the trailer he stays at and on their driveways. Was this decision a conclusion or was it based on facts.? FOUR WHEEL DRIVE TRUCKS ARE MEANT TO BE USED IN SNOW, MUD AND OFF THE ROAD. Ken will have to come home when there will be no snow in ND, Minnesota, or WI because he only now has 2 wheel drive now until the problem is fixed Now we could pay the dealer in ND to repair the truck but we want the truck to be looked at by my people. This is not about the money it is about the contract we have with Nissan by means of a Warranty. Any company can produce a bad product, but it is how a company back their product. It is about principle. I have a lot of questions to ask about the design of this truck if this could be road damage what else is not taken into consideration in manufacturing this truck to keep it safe and reliable knowing what they could be used for? I call Nissan and told them all of the above and in my opinion they did not care. REMEMBER WE PURCHASED THIS TRUCK SO WE WOULD NOT BE PENNIED TO DEATH BY AN OLD TRUCK. BUT NOW WE ARE AFRAID WE ARE GOING TO BE HUNDEREDS OF DOLLARS TO DEATH BY THIS ONE. . We are concerned how many other things could brake on this truck by merely driving it I really have no conclusion yet until Ken and the truck make it home, but I have a lot of questions. Ken came home a week ago Tuesday and I was scared to death to have him drive home without 4-wheel drive not knowing the road conditions in ND, Minnesota or northern WI. This last Tuesday We took the truck to the dealer that sold it to us. We told them what is basically in the above part of this letter. We were treated with repect, consideration and understanding. THE DEALER IS BOUCHER AUTO GROUP (NISSAN). THEY FIXED THE TRUCK, NO CHARGE. THANK GOD WE PURCHASED THIS TRUCK FROM THIS BOUCHER. Any vehicle can have problems but it is how it is backed that really counts. This is why I am writing this e-mail I recommend Boucher as a dealer they are a great dealership and sell a number of different type of Vehicles. Lori More

Took 4 visits but got it fixed we kept getting a malfunction alert for the auto emergency braking. After two appointments where first they replaced a sensor then entire module, the we kept getting a malfunction alert for the auto emergency braking. After two appointments where first they replaced a sensor then entire module, the malfunction alert would still pop up intermittently. But then when I would shut off the car after arriving at a destination it would go away. Brought the car in for another appointment and they couldn't find anything wrong. Finally the alert malfunction popped up and I drove right in, they were able to attach it right away to the diagnostic computer, and it showed it was the camera. This was replaced, and SO FAR no further malfunction alerts have popped up. I am hoping it is gone for good. While it took 4 appointments, they did seem to listen to me, and were responsive when I drove in without an appointment and showed them the malfunction alert, and did the diagnostic right away. Not sure if this could have been fixed sooner? They were able to see a defect upon the camera repair, so perhaps at an earlier appointment they might have seen this then, I can't be certain. Chris the service manager was helpful and did listen to me when I called and when I drove in with the malfunction showing. More
