I have paid for services that were never done or refunded. Both of which have been promised. I am still waiting for a replacement tire lock that was supposed to be included with my used car that I bought from you that .......you guessed it.....never came. I have a feeling that being a woman and the song and dance that the service manager has performed is pretty routine for him and is easy for him to brush my situation off. This dealer deserves a negative rating not even a 1 star...... More

Nothing was fixed $500 and supposedly a new wheel bearing later, car is making exact same noises and no one is there to help all weekend.
