MY TRUCK Our relationship with Nissan Waukesha began with looking for a vehicle that we would be able to convert into a food truck. I saw an NV2500 that was a Grill Cheese Truck in a magazine. Our Sales Consultant was Lenny DiBrito. He understood what we were looking for and went above and beyond the call of duty. Lenny called other conversion stores to see what would be offered to us if we purchased the vehicle from him. We looked for stores in the Wisconsin area also to convert the vehicle as well.. Lenny called and checked with us often to get updates on our situation. He sent us emails informing us that the vehicle we were looking at had a price change and let us know that Nissan of Waukesha was open and there was a sale going on NOW! The rest is Herstory. Her because it's mine and I am a she. We decided to go with a mobile trailer instead of a food truck. We bought a RAM that will pull our mobile food trailer and I'm Lovin' It!. Thanks Lenny! On 1/14/2020 I accepted offer and pricing and put $5K down. Two days later dealer advised special order was accepted and would take until March or April for delivery. On 3/3/2020 I asked for an update. Dealer sent email stating my vehicle was "stateside" and "ETA 3/16/2020". On 3/23/2020 I asked for an update. Dealer rep called and said the car does not exist and will never arrive. No explanation. Would not answer questions about where the process went wrong. Would not say who was providing the updates. Would not answer if someone else got my car. 10 weeks of anticipation. Much embarrassment with friends and family explaining the story. Contacted Nissan North America. They told me there was nothing they could do and would not look into the matter. They referred me back to the dealer. More
