Friendly. Responsive. Customer Service Driven. Unlike most dealerships I’ve worked with in the past, they’re looking for a long term relationship. First time there...happy to see they washed and dried the car and dressed the tires. Class job. They performed the work requested and it didn't take that long. car and dressed the tires. Class job. They performed the work requested and it didn't take that long. More

Cares more about bottom line than customers/Not seamless My wife and I were solicited very hard by the staff at Boucher Nissan of Waukesha to come in at the end of our lease agreement to get set up with a ne My wife and I were solicited very hard by the staff at Boucher Nissan of Waukesha to come in at the end of our lease agreement to get set up with a new car deal. We wanted to get out of leasing so we originally thought to buy out our lease on a 2017 Rogue and continue the payments. Our sales representative Alisha said she could get us into a 2019 Rogue with 10K less miles with similar payments through financing. Great, no issues yet. We looked at the car, no issues and agreed to move forward. The issues started when Alisha told us that we would have to come back for an extra key since they only had one. We were buying the vehicle on a Saturday and she told us that when we come back on Monday they would have a spare key for us. When we got home that Saturday night we discovered that the thermostat for the AC was displaying in Celsius. After going through the entire manual we could not figure out how to get the display to read in Fahrenheit. This was surprising since we purchased the vehicle at a United States dealership. Typically during a car buying process you don't check to see if the temperature is reading in units standard to your country. We went back on Monday to get the extra key and report the issue with the AC. Alisha wasn't there and no one was expecting us. We were told that no one could get a hold of Alisha and there wasn't a key and that we'd have to reach out to Alisha again to set up another time to come in. The person talking to us asked us how long it took us to drive over to the dealership. When we said we were in the area he seemed to dismiss it as though "oh you didn't have to drive that far so no big deal". He also tried to change the AC to Fahrenheit but could not figure it out and told us they'd look into it and someone might be able to fix it when we came back. I emailed Alisha and also left her a voicemail explaining what had happened on Monday. I said we were available on Wednesday. She told us to come back at 2PM on Wednesday but said they wouldn't be able to do anything about the AC and told us the car was from Canada, again something that wasn't explained during the buying process. I made my 3rd trip back to the dealership in a week on Wednesday. Alisha met me at the door and said it would take about 45 min to program the key. I again asked about the AC and she had someone in service explain to me that the temperature couldn't be switched to Celsius because the car had originated from Canada. He then told me that it was actually possible to fix but it would be very expensive and not worth their time or effort. So you sell us a car that has a defect on it (yes it's a defect when you are born and raised in the US and you buy a car in the US that you will be driving in the US), you didn't explain that the car had the issue and our satisfaction isn't worth the dealerships cost/time/effort? I then talked to Alisha and explained my frustration about the situation. She agreed it was frustrating and would also frustrate her especially since we were repeat clients. I told her that between having us make multiple trips back to the dealership, the oversight on their part not communicating the AC issue and then the comments about not being worth their time to make right it wasn't a great customer experience and I thought they should do something to make it right. She said she'd work on figuring something out and had me wait in the service waiting area. My keys were finished and I followed up with Alisha who said she was going to talk to her manager. She then came back a short while later and told me her manager said they wouldn't do anything for us because it would affect the store's margin to make it right. I asked her if her manager had weighed the impact on margins that repeat customers have on their business vs fixing a vehicle issue. She then told me she brought it up to her manager but he didn't care about the prospect of losing a customer My take away from this situation is that the sales people who work here are not familiar with the vehicles they are selling and if there is an issue, they will refuse to own it and try to minimize it. They don't value customer satisfaction and or understand how it impacts repeat business. It also seems like they don't respect people's time. Even if it wasn't on the table to replace the AC to one with American units you would have thought that they'd offer something to keep our business there. Summary of what went wrong: *Didn't explain that AC was in Celsius and can't be changed. *Told us to come back Monday for spare key, came back Monday spare key wasn't there, no one knew about it. *Told us to come back Wednesday, was told to wait 45 min for new key upon arrival *Refused to make unsatisfactory issue with car buying experience right for customer *Explained to customer impact of helping customer would have a negative effect on margins. *Dismissed value of repeat customer.
