Service was open to repairs on a number of things that needed replacement on a used car purchase. Np problems, no questions just straioght out customer service. I'm a repeat customer with Tommy so overall had a great experience. Regarding the dealership, I think an upgrade is needed. The atmosphere and lighting feels dated. The service department in particular needs improvement. It's sub-par compared to other dealerships. And prepping of my new car could have been higher quality. Found packing tape still stuck to the walls in the rear area, owners manual was not in the glove compartment and the windows were not clean inside and out like they should have been. Perhaps an inspection is needed to ensure everything looks good before delivering to the customer. More
