Came in for an oil change and tire rotation. Left with missing lug nut, a missing bolt in my skid plate the rotation never completed and an oil leak. Came back and was told I needed 3000 in repa Left with missing lug nut, a missing bolt in my skid plate the rotation never completed and an oil leak. Came back and was told I needed 3000 in repairs to fix the oil leak. Brought home cleaned the area, and removed the oils filter and it was so loose all I removed it with two fingers. Cleaned and replaced and have not had an oil leak since. Shady work and untrustworthy technicians. You lost my business at all your dealerships. It is now been over a week since simply tightening the oil filter and cleaning the surface before reapplying it and not a drop of oil. Your technician is a flat out liar. Scam artist. More
