I waited 2 hours and paid $160 for a diagnosis on an issue with my car and absolutely nobody touched base with me throughout the process at all, I actually had to go ask for an update. The waiting area for customers is small, that needs to be taken into account when scheduling appointments. The company has you check whether you are waiting or dropping off your car for your appointment when booking, I’m not sure why they don’t use that information properly. There was absolutely no social distancing in the waiting area. Lastly, I was quoted $3600 to do multiple things to my car without being actually told what was wrong with it, again I had to fish for information. The price seemed high for a car that’s not old and no I’m bad condition, so I took it to not one, not two, but three other places for second opinions all which quoted me less than $700 and different issues that Boucher did, interestingly enough all 3 of them gave me the same information though. I actually managed to get my car completely taken care of for under $500. I am a young female and imagine when I walked in, everyone working just saw dollar signs, which is wrong. I would never recommend going here, while waiting in the customer area I listened to a sales man pressure an older lady into spending hundreds on her car that I imagine she did not need to, it was awful to overhear how easy and shameless the man was about it. I’ve worked in sales for 10+ years but you go about it the RIGHT way and you do not put pressure on someone to buy anything, especially someone old or uneducated on the product. Overall just a poor experience and waste of my money. More
