I made an appointment for July 27th at 2pm at have the oil changed in my Tucson and because the gas pedal was sticking. I would push on it and the car wouldn't accellerate right away. On Tuesday July 12th, while driving we noticed the rattling was getting worse, the acceleration was worse and the gas mileage was terrible. I went thru a half tank of gas in about 90 miles. We drove straight to the Hyundai dealer, it was almost closing time, but we were hoping to at the least get a loaner car. We talked to Joe and told him what was going on. Could they possibly look at sooner that the 27th? He said he couldn't promise anything that they were really busy. And they had no loaner cars. The car sat there for over 2 weeks. I find it very hard to believe that a few time slots are not left open for things like this. I called the day before my scheduled appointment to make sure they were going to look at my vehicle. Oh yes we have you down for 2pm. That day at 3:50pm I stopped to see if they were working on my car because I had not heard anything. My car is still sitting in the same spot it was for 2 weeks!! I went in and and the first response I got was we didn't have time. The second response I got was Ummmmm....I don't know what happened. wait I'll be right back. He came back out and said we'll get it in first thing tomorrow morning. I said I want a loaner car! Oh yes!! we just got one back. How convenient!! First they don't have a loaner for 2 weeks and suddenly they do and they just couldn't fit my car in anywhere in 2 weeks and suddenly there's an opening the very next morning!! When I got done with work the following day I had a message to call them. My car was fixed and they asked about changing a couple filters. I said to go ahead. Over the weekend I was cleaning out my car and when they changed the sticker for the next oil change, they threw the old one in my door pocket! Really!! We are on our 3rd Hyundai. We had a 2010 Santa Fe that we loved. I have my Tucson and my wife traded her 2010 in for a 2020. We love our Hyundais but the service department has failed us several times. I don't think they will be seeing us ever again. More

Went in for a recall.
