I call to make the appointment and I just asked for an oil change and to check back passenger wheel for small leak. I got the bill and they did a full tire rotation which I did not ask for. A little unhappy it took two weeks to replace a thermostat, much less the fact the car is a 2022 needing a new thermostat but that's besides the point. When I got the car back it was horribly dirty thermostat, much less the fact the car is a 2022 needing a new thermostat but that's besides the point. When I got the car back it was horribly dirty with bird droppings and what not. Other service appointments in the past I was given a voucher for a free car wash. This time I was not. I thought since I was leasing the vehicle through hundai motors USA I would be given better service. I am seriously considering another brand of vehicle once this lease is up. So basically I'm not a satisfied customer. More

Hyundai has always been very helpful with anything I’ve needed. Most recently a warranty issue on the airbag sensor, they also voluntarily fixed a couple of other things under warranty and let me know what needed.
