I have a motor warranty that hyundai supposed to have an obligation to fulfill. Which they did not! They lied and said they checked it out(the motor) and which nothing was taking apart to be able to diagnos obligation to fulfill. Which they did not! Trying to get this problem resolved from corporate and they keep telling me someone will call me back and noone has!!! I will never by a hyundai again! They have the worst customer service and they do not put the customer first. Very non perfessional they are. More

We waited about a month for our engine to be fixed. They rushed putting in the engine to where it started having issues starting. The batter wasn't even connected completely!! Which from the sounds of it may have caused issues with either my alternator or possibly the starter. So I guess im happy my engine was covered under warranty, since this will most likely cost me to fix the new starting issues. Called them about it & they never called back on when they could fit me in to look at something they caused. So just feeling unimportant & like the issue they caused isn't really something they give a crap about. Sadly. More
