Lot was being torn up and repaved... all new cars were located over by service, so no one knew we were looking until we drove around and went across the street to look at some used cars that were stored there. At that point, a salesman came running over. Had he not, we were just in the process of leaving. I might say, that I am sure some service people must have seen us as we were looking at the new cars for about 15 minutes. It may have been helpful if they would have called over to the sales dept to let them know someone was out there. Just sayin'. It all worked out and a sale was made, but... about 15 seconds more and we would have been gone. Dale Kluck was our salesman and he was very helpful, friendly, as were all the people we dealt with. We appreciated the 'extra' offer of a gas card, or power tool. ( we got the chainsaw). This type of gesture goes a long way! More
