Although I didn't have the pleasure of purchasing my vehicles there, I trust them for repairs to my Silverado and Trailblazer. From Mercedes, Justin, Ron, Corey, Tyler & Tyler the entire staff is friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. Finally touched the second time I dropped the truck off for service the first time and when I called at 12 I was told it was never worked on. So I came and picked it up set up anothe I dropped the truck off for service the first time and when I called at 12 I was told it was never worked on. So I came and picked it up set up another appointment the following week. That was when it was finally serviced and it was fixed. Guess I should always make 2 appointments every time I make an appointment. Lesson learned More

$1,100 and the Same Problem Has Occurred Again When I made the appointment to have my Check Engine Light repaired, I was told to expect 2 1/2 hour wait. When I arrived, I was told all the techs ha When I made the appointment to have my Check Engine Light repaired, I was told to expect 2 1/2 hour wait. When I arrived, I was told all the techs had called in sick. However, someone did finally look at and work on my car, but it took approx. 4 hours. I paid a bit more than $1,100. to have my Check Engine light "fixed." Three days later, the light has come back on. I am very disappointed and frustrated and have contacted the Service Dept. to see what can be done. I will see what happens now. More
