I feel like family, not just a customer! I don't recall the name of the service advisor I dealt with however he was very friendly. I was there getting service done but Diane stopped to say I don't recall the name of the service advisor I dealt with however he was very friendly. I was there getting service done but Diane stopped to say hi as she saw me in the waiting room. I appreciate that she appreciates me enough to say hi and check in on how my family is doing.
