Wasn't ready when I was told to pick it up I was notified the truck was ready and when I went to pick it up, it would barely move. Managed to get it back in front of the service door and I got I was notified the truck was ready and when I went to pick it up, it would barely move. Managed to get it back in front of the service door and I got my loaner back. I was called the next day and was told it was ready. Ron was fine and was apologetic. It wasn't his problem that the tech messed up. I have no problems with the people I dealt with. The problem "Transmission Shutter" is still there though. The transmission flush did not fix the problem. It needs a New Torque converter and GM is VERY hesitant to replace it. I have been a tried and true GM owner all my life, My mother worked for GM truck for 36 years. This truck has really made me think about my next truck........ More
Fast but not complete I brought my Traverse in for an oil change/tire rotation/and to have the remote starter looked at as the remote start is not currently turning on the I brought my Traverse in for an oil change/tire rotation/and to have the remote starter looked at as the remote start is not currently turning on the heat in the vehicle. After a 1/2 hour, Mercedes told me the vehicle was finished but they really did not investigate or look at the remote start issue and told me I would need to bring it back a different day (even though this is the reason I scheduled this appt. in the first place). What is the purpose of the remote starter if it will not turn on the heat in the winter or the a/c in the summer? I would appreciate follow up on this matter as soon as possible....thank you. More
