Excellent service experience Scheduled my appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Asked that they inspect the battery as I had a few issues a month prior. They found out Scheduled my appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Asked that they inspect the battery as I had a few issues a month prior. They found out that the battery did need replacing and also provided me with a multi-point vehicle inspection report which brought up a few items that will need attention in the future. Completed some of the additional service needed so I have piece of mind traveling during the harsh winter months. Staff was friendly and vehicle was completed in a timely manner. More

GM needs to resolve this issue and just replace all transmission once the problem started instead of the time spend investigating. I hold GM responsible for not alerting the consumer. More
