Scheduled recall service The dealership called me to inform me that my part had come in and scheduled the repair. I live 230 miles but drove to the dealer on the scheduled date for the repairs only to be told by the service department that they did not have my part and would need to order one. In follow up discussions it appears that my part did come in but they chose to use it on another vehicle and order a replacement but it turns out they are now on back order. I wasted my time and money in driving to this dealership for a service appointment that they scheduled. More
