Had a recall on my leased vehicle. Made an appt for a week out. An hour into waiting, was told they didn’t have the parts and they’ll call when the part came in. Got the call a week later. Was told it would take about “2-3” hours. Called for an update on hour 2. Couldn’t get a hold of the man I was working with. Was told he’d call me back. Never did. I called again at the 3 1/2 hour mark, still couldn’t get a hold of him. Decided to drive out there to see what was going on & then got an attitude from the guy I was working with when I was expressing how upset I was about what had occurred. Never had a problem before this. Been leasing through Boucher Chevy in Waukesha since 2014. More
