I was just a little disappointed when I got there because the guy at the service desk seem like he was not happy that I was there. He initially looked and sounded dismayed. It made me feel unwelcome. Disappointed that the storage space in the rear had all its items removed and returned to where it was found. The invoice stated we should check our child safety seats as they may have been moved. Devin was great, he greeting me when I walked in and helped me as the service rep I was there to see was busy with another client. Then my experience went down hill. The 1hr repair took 3hrs (I li helped me as the service rep I was there to see was busy with another client. Then my experience went down hill. The 1hr repair took 3hrs (I live far away so had to sit and wait), when the work was finally done the computer system wasn't working so they let me leave without the paperwork, confirming my email, and that they would email me when the system was up and running. I waited two days and then had to email them to ask for my paperwork. Also, the last two times I've been in for service they have not washed my car (it clearly needed to be washed both times), they asked if I wanted it washed, and I said yes, but both time it wasn't done. I think they have everything in place to be an excellent service department, but fall short on executing it. More
Tyler was friendly and professional, but unfortunately he had to deliver bad news about my Ford Escape. I am very unhappy and in fact, disappointed that Boucher did not do its job inspecting this vehicle before it was sold to me as a Certified Used Car. This car only has 115,000 miles on it and it should not have had these expensive repair issues this early. I noticed that the oil spots/leaks started after only 1-2 months after purchase which to me, means that Boucher did not inspect this car properly to earn the Certified Used Car tag. I will not purchase another car from Boucher or recommend them to anyone I know. More
