The customer service "Joe" polite and friendly and wearing mask. Explained what had to be done. Finished the car ahead of time and applied coupon to bill. No complaints there but I was amazed that som wearing mask. Explained what had to be done. Finished the car ahead of time and applied coupon to bill. No complaints there but I was amazed that some staff did not wear a mask at all times. Some came in and out of the waiting room without a mask or without it on. Customers were not required to wear a mask. My wait for my car was over three hours so I was very uncomfortable sitting in the waiting area. I would not recommend this service center to anyone who is conscientious about behaviors to control the spread of COVID-19 during this pandemic. More

This whole experience was a huge disappointment. Normally the service is better than this. As a long time Chevy owner and customer I’m Leary of using the service dept again.
