I have been coming to Boucher or its affiliates since 2000 and have never been disappointed. I initially had a Saturn and then the Buick and the service on both has been excellent. The people who work in the service department actually understand me when I say something is making this sound or whatever. I may not know what is wrong with my car, but I do know when it doesn't sound right and they take excellent care so my car, a 2006 Buick LaCrosse, continues to work, which is all I want. More

Took great care of me on a certified used car still under warranty. Needed to keep my car over-night for parts and gave me a nice new car as a loaner. Kept in touch, did what they said they would do. Performed oil change and tire rotation & vehicle was clean. Asked them to check on proper functioning of the auto defrost feature and I'm not sure if they did.
