Came in the morning to drop of my keys for a 7am service appointment. I was there 20 minutes before they technically open but doors were open. I was directed by the lady inside to go out to the service guys appointment. I was there 20 minutes before they technically open but doors were open. Stating to me “ yeah we’re not open till 7 so I’m not checking u in early. You can fill out the overnight form outside n drop them in the Dropbox. I guess just writing my name down quick n taking the key to enter my info when I was 7am was just to much to ask of a customer service representative. More

The door lock problem was fixed, however, it was extremely expensive. They had to replace all four door lock actuators and they were extremely expensive. I always love coming here. They make me feel welcome and I never have any worries.
