I have a hard time understanding how/why I can make a service appointment and get confirmation, but the Service Dept. doesn't have any record of it. I'm not sure that I buy the excuse that my tires do service appointment and get confirmation, but the Service Dept. doesn't have any record of it. I'm not sure that I buy the excuse that my tires don't need to be rotated every 5000 miles and can go 10000 miles between rotations. Sounds like an excuse to ease the burden on an overloaded technician. More

I was in for an oil change and tire rotation and asked if my floor liners had arrived. They were able to install them and also took the time to retrofit my heated seats.
