First, I would like to say that Alec has been great to work with. The problem was completely laid out in the original review. I have had constant computer problems since the day I bought the truck. I’ve had it in several times for multiple reasons and the same issues continue to happen. Every oil change I’ve had - I have asked for these things to be looked at. The radio powers itself off and resets at least 3-4 times per week. Every time I ask your team to look at it - they say they don’t notice it or can’t replicate it. I’ve asked for a replacement radio - got nothing. The brake pad censors keep going off telling me my brake pads are low. Then it will go off telling me it’s detected new brake pads and to reset the monitor. Your service team told me my brake pads were good. They reset the computer - it came back on as soon as I left the dealership. My turbo has squeaked since the first winter I had the vehicle. Anytime I accelerate or when I turn the vehicle off it lets out a loud squeal. The turbo has been replaced. It still squeaks. My drivers side mirror has been rattling when I’m at highway speeds since I bought the truck. Your service team said they didn’t notice it and couldn’t replicate it. Until recently when it appeared to be getting worse - I was told by them that the mirror was missing internal screws. Those were supposedly ordered in September of 2022. Still haven’t received the call that the screws have arrived and my mirror can be fixed. My heat shield was defective and rattling. Still waiting on a heat shield to be replaced - was told it was ordered the first week of January. The chip in my transmission failed on a road trip back from Texas during the recent holidays. Stranding me and my family in rural Oklahoma for 5 days while we waited on a brand new transmission to be delivered and installed. Luckily I bought the warranty. As you can see, there is a laundry list of issues I have faced since becoming a Chevrolet customer. I would just like a vehicle that works. Especially after paying $50k for said vehicle.
