Visited Boucher because the battery I bought from them 22 months ago stopped working. It was a painfully slow process but in the end I left with a new battery that they installed for me and I paid nothing si months ago stopped working. It was a painfully slow process but in the end I left with a new battery that they installed for me and I paid nothing since it was covered by the warranty. So I'm a happy camper. Hopefully this battery lasts longer than 22 months since the original lasted 7+ years and was only a problem on super cold mornings. Everyone I dealt with was nice and seemed sympathetic that it took way longer than I anticipated. If anyone had given me an attitude I was prepared to jump start my car and go home, glad it didn't come to that though. More
