Okay experience. Took a bit to long. They said they had issues with oil filter and having to remove something. Took a bit to long. They said they had issues with oil filter and having to remove something. More

Would car experience of my life. I was sold on the Chevy Blazer EV and it couldn't have been worse. The 280 mile range is less than 170 when on the highway. In the cold I drove 29 mi I was sold on the Chevy Blazer EV and it couldn't have been worse. The 280 mile range is less than 170 when on the highway. In the cold I drove 29 miles and it took off 78. The infrastructure for EV with Chevy is not there. There is one charge within 45 min that can charge your car in 40 min (350 kg). Every other one takes 4-5 hours. Every time I have been to a charger I wait extra time just to charge and half of the chargers are broke. When realizing how awful this car is, I went to take it back. They admitted they have had issues with this and instead of taking care of anyone who already bought it, they are now giving an additional 7,500 in rebates for new clients. Three weeks after I bought the car, the best they would give me is $40,000 and I paid over $60,000 for it. The dealership didn't lift a finger for me and they did nothing but pass the blame to GM, to me and to everyone but them. Their solution to "help" was to give me $20k less for the trade in and sell me a used car and pass it off as a discount. Jim the manager is worthless and the dealership wouldn't give any help and neither would GM. The salesman didn't know anything about EV and sold me on how many charging stations they were, how great the tax credit is (which I didn't qualify for), and the long range of charge. This was a problem from the top down and Jim the manager's answer was that I should have done more research. He didn't say, wow we have a real problem with training here. He took none of the blame and I wouldn't send anyone to this dealership as they couldn't help a repeat customer out one bit. More
I called them with a problem, they got back to me almost immediately, with a solution, and an open appointment the next day. What more could want to ask? immediately, with a solution, and an open appointment the next day. What more could want to ask? More
