$1,100 and the Same Problem Has Occurred Again When I made the appointment to have my Check Engine Light repaired, I was told to expect 2 1/2 hour wait. When I arrived, I was told all the techs ha When I made the appointment to have my Check Engine Light repaired, I was told to expect 2 1/2 hour wait. When I arrived, I was told all the techs had called in sick. However, someone did finally look at and work on my car, but it took approx. 4 hours. I paid a bit more than $1,100. to have my Check Engine light "fixed." Three days later, the light has come back on. I am very disappointed and frustrated and have contacted the Service Dept. to see what can be done. I will see what happens now. More

Fast efficient service We were able to get an appt the next day and the car was fixed efficently so I would recommend Boucher Cheverlot in Waukesha. Just over 3 years old, so out of warranty, with only 20K miles and the window regulator broke- no explanation as to why this would happen. $440 later...... More

I feel like family, not just a customer! I don't recall the name of the service advisor I dealt with however he was very friendly.
