Went to this dealer to get my vehicle emissions tested. The Wisconsin Vehicle Inspection Program website claims that decentralizing the testing makes it more convenient. I stopped in on a Thursday and the service counter employee told me I could make an appointment for the following Tuesday. This is about as far from convenient as I can imagine. I purchased a Chevy Tahoe just a few months ago from this dealership. The vehicle is in great shape, low miles and obviously well taken care of. A few days ago, I noticed a high pitched squeal and assumed it had something to do with the brakes so I called the Service Dept to explain. They literally told me to bring it in as soon as I could and they would look at it immediately. That was impressive, I was there 15 minutes later. Because I work in the area, I asked them to just give me a call when they diagnosed the situation. I got a call a short time later from Jon and he explained to me that they found an issue with one of the calipers and it caused the pad to wear unevenly on one side causing the grinding. He told me what the repair cost would be and I told him I'd have to call him back. He obviously took the time to check into the vehicle history and discussed it with his co-worker Gary and before I could call him back, Gary had called me. He told me that they were going to replace the front AND rear brakes, machine the rotors AND service and lube the caliper slides all at no charge to me. I highly recommend purchasing 'Certified' if looking for a used vehicle and I highly recommend dealing with a group of people that really do care about making their customers happy. I can't thank you enough for the fantastic service once again guys, I'll see you again for sure! More
Absolute worst experience I have ever had a dealership. Then told me there was a "bug" in the system. Hmm, maybe call people who have appointments and let them know that it is not going to work? not only this, but he preceded to make it seem like MY fault for not calling to confirm. He had such a condescending attitude toward me, like I was stupid. Why would I call to confirm when I had already gotten e-mail confirmation from them? All he could do is "try to squeeze me in within the next couple days" So I can drive another hour and deal with this horrible service again? I don't think so. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service- and my car is still broken! More

I've taken my car here a few times for some simple repairs, and while I was satisfied with the work, I could not get over how rude their staff was. Each time I went in, whether to drop off my car or repairs, and while I was satisfied with the work, I could not get over how rude their staff was. Each time I went in, whether to drop off my car or pick it up, I stood there waiting for way too long. At one point, I was standing right in front of two employees who were chatting about after-work plans. When I said "Excuse me," I got a look like I was rudely interrupting them. I can understand one bad day, but I've gotten this kind of attitude every time I've walked in there. Friendly customer service does not seem like it's a priority. I'm fine with the work they do, but I think I'll take my money somewhere where I'm not treated like an annoyance. More
