I stated that I knew for sure he did. We looked back at the service order and sure enough it was there. Erie Insurance paid for a service that did not get completed. The only reason Dominic called my adjuster, and credited back was because I noticed it, If I did not say anything, Boucher would have charged for a service that they did not perform. Dominic explained to my adjuster that the tech believed he did not need to blend it despite the work order clearly specifying that service. Again, I noticed it straight away. No one called me to discuss it or let me know about something that will directly affect me. Does Boucher pay techs on the service order hours and not for work actually performed? If so, that is unethical and here is an example of how it is so. Dominic offered to pick up my car and complete the work as originally agreed to, but my trust in the Boucher body shop is gone. This is the second Cadillac I bought from Boucher now, may be my last based on this experience. I still have not decided whether I want Boucher to complete the work or not. I would appreciate a call from some senior management team member call me and assure me the work will be completed and no further harm to me or my vehicle will occur. More
