I had to travel several hours to pick up the pick up and everything was arranged prior to the day of the sale whic make my purchase a smooth process. I did not like the service I received from the contract manager. She held my car for almost two weeks after receiving my down payment and the funds from the bank. Originally she stated I would be get my ca manager. She held my car for almost two weeks after receiving my down payment and the funds from the bank. Originally she stated I would be get my car within a week and when that day came I did not receive my suv. The contract manager stated that this was their corporate policy but I called several of the other locations and both other locations stated I could leave the same day with a car. I also asked other customers who purchased a vehicle through that dealership and those customer stated they were allowed to leave the same day with the vehicle they purchased. The suv tires were not filled to the industry standard. Overall this was my worst experience buying a car. I would not purchase another vehicle from this dealership nor will I recommend this dealership to anyone else. More

I bought a used Chevrolet Silverado 3 years ago from you dealership. The moment I got the vehicle it has given me problems. I have been stranded on two different occasions. Once after it was supposedly f dealership. The moment I got the vehicle it has given me problems. I have been stranded on two different occasions. Once after it was supposedly fixed, only two months after purchasing it. Just recently I spent 7,000 dollars from you for a brand new transmission because it was shaking and shuddering while driving. They said it also needed spark plugs as well as they were never replaced. My question to you is how in the world did this vehicle pass your multipoint inspection??? Since I bought it it has cost me upwards of 10,000 dollars in repairs. Needless to say I will not be buying another vehicle from you ever again. More
