This is my 4th “works” oil change in a row that I have not received a car wash. Although, that pales in comparison to being quoted $600 to replace one rim & valve on a Chevy Sonic. When I tried to learn m not received a car wash. Although, that pales in comparison to being quoted $600 to replace one rim & valve on a Chevy Sonic. When I tried to learn more why it was so much, the representative would not let me see the quote, saying it was internal only. I have never heard of such a thing regarding not being allowed to see a quote. Overall, the experience made me very unease and I will not be returning. I have continued to receive less and less information as I go in and if I’m going to be rushed out with little more than a bill, I might a well go to Valvolean or somewhere else. More
