Alec Helped me, he is a nice cordial man, though I took my car into Boucher Chevy to be serviced for errors telling me my car needs to be serviced for the stability trak and parking assist. Every time myse my car into Boucher Chevy to be serviced for errors telling me my car needs to be serviced for the stability trak and parking assist. Every time myself or my wife get into the car these errors occur and yet Boucher Chevy found nothing. I'm not happy that this was not taken care of. After I got my car back these errors are still occurring all the time including the day I got my car back from Boucher Chevy. The thought of being stranded on a trip with my family does not sit very well with me. More

Scammers, I have had multiple issues since I bought this vehicle. This time I had appt for oil change only and according to paperwork yhey rotated my tires. I only knew because I felt and hear a metal on me vehicle. This time I had appt for oil change only and according to paperwork yhey rotated my tires. I only knew because I felt and hear a metal on metal sound that has only happened since then. So I went to my paperwork to see and yes it states rotation was performed. I called Monday morning set up and appt came in and they are trying to charge me 161 dollars to have a look. So now I have a metal on metal sound and feeling and they trying to charge me to look at what I believe they caused. I Just asked for them to look at it to see if they made a mistake and overtightened or did something wrong. I don’t feel I should be charged for taking my car back to make sure they didn’t cause damage and to prevent further damage from driving. This was not an issue before the oil change and the rotation that I never asked for. More
