It would have been very nice if other "service writers" were as nice as my "service writer" Ron was. When I called (4:45 PM) to check on my car Ron was already gone for the day (8/12) and the service write were as nice as my "service writer" Ron was. When I called (4:45 PM) to check on my car Ron was already gone for the day (8/12) and the service writer that answered my call told me he could not help me as he was not my service writer! At that time, I was very upset and made the statement that now I was without a car for the weekend, and he told me - "THAT WAS NOT HIS PROBLEM". What kind of customer service is that!!!!! If it was not for Ron Wozny, I would not be using you for any future service, as Ron is great and VERY helpful - - Thank you Ron! More
