I do like this dealer and have purchased 5 cars from them. Service department is courteous and efficient. However my last car purchased in 2022 came with no chips for heated seats. Chips finally came in and I had to call 3 times to accomplish installing. Was told chips were in .Called and was told they would order and cal. No call after several weeks. Called again and same thing. Third time called a was very perturbed and said I was going to call GM. Finally I got them one year after purchase. I experienced the same thing in a recall for my 2013 Equinox and finally repaired with help from a call from GM who got me in a dealership the next am. More
