They have always been very good and professional. My 4 rating is from the 800 number they have in their emails to call service. When I call a service number, I expect to get Service, not someone who My 4 rating is from the 800 number they have in their emails to call service. When I call a service number, I expect to get Service, not someone who tells me I have won a medical device. I checked the number in the email thinking I had misdialed but I had dialed correctly. Please stop this practice as it a waste of everyone's time. More
