James kept me posted with repairs and his fight with my warranty repair protection company that I purchased through my credit union. It took over a week for approval from the warranty company before repai warranty repair protection company that I purchased through my credit union. It took over a week for approval from the warranty company before repairs could begin. James updated every day, and as a customer you can't top that. The maintenance was completed in a timely fashion and the vehicle runs like a champ after delays from a questionable warranty provider. More
