She was always there and she never shy away from me. This experience compered to my previous one at the same store, I believe 3 years ago, is more than satisfactory to come back in the future. The showroom was large, bright, neat, clean, private cubicles, nice relaxed coffee area and clean restrooms. Mr. Dave Allard, Consultant, was gentle, very knowledgeable, polite and thorough. Dave explained every thing to me so I clearly understood and he worked with my requests to keep the monthly payment where it was comfortable for me. All in all, my first time experience at Boucher Chevrolet and purchasing a lease, was very satisfactory and stress-free and all went so easily and quickly. I even drove home the Chevy Trax that very afternoon, all clean, shiny, gas tank filled, with excellent clear important instructions and guidance from Dave. Also, Tom, the Accountant, was kind and clearly explained all the important financing with me. I had a prior HORRIBLE experience elsewhere, so I was pretty anxious to even look. Jasen asked what I was looking for and nailed our needs for a minivan on the first try! There were no tricks or misleading me during the process. He was extremely upfront about financing and options. I felt he took extra time to show me how to work the technology in the van since our van did not have navigation/Bluetooth ect which meant a lot! The van is in good shape and we’ve had it several days with no issues. I felt he went above and beyond to make the process actually enjoyable when I was clearly not excited right away about the need for a new to us vehicle. I will be returning to this dealership and this salesman in summer For our next replacement vehicle. More
