I was in the market for a new vehicle because my present one was at that time of needed repairs. Once there, I was treated with courtesy and respect. The reduced price of the new vehicle and the allowance for my present one were in conformity which I had learned for these on the internet. I needed to trade in my car because I couldn't afford to pay for the repairs on it. My husband and I talked to different people about places to go in the Milwaukee area that were reliable. We heard many bad things about Wilde Toyota but heard great reviews about Boucher Chevrolet. We were eager to make an appointment once we found a car online that we were interested in. About 2 minutes after I put in my online request through their website, I received a call from a very friendly, helpful salesman named Jacob Rapinchuk. Since we had dealt with some sketchy salesmen in the past, it was refreshing to hear from Jacob. We set up an appointment and the moment we walked in the door we knew this was the place for us! Jacob greeted us with a warm smile and hand shake and was ready to work with us! He was having a very busy night hopping between us and another couple but he managed to make time for each of us. We felt like we were the only ones there! He did everything he could to get us in a safe and reliable vehicle. Though I was very picky about what I wanted he assured me that the car I purchased was the best deal. He did not want me leaving the store without a car that had a warranty on it. Due to my car having steering issues we were adamant about driving away with a new vehicle that night. Jacob was willing to stay until way past his normal hours to make that happen for us. Although we were not able to completely finalize the loan that night, he put dealer plates on our new car and let us take it for a couple days until we came back in to finalize the loan. He was very willing to go the extra mile for us whenever we needed it! He was never pushy and never made you feel like you were just another sale to him. He genuinely cared about us and it showed! We have already recommended him to our friends and family and would be happy to deal with him in the future. If you can, request him by name! When we first arrived, the salesman came to us right away and was friendly. Thats where the good ends. We waited for at least 2 hours for them to get the paper work ready for us. As we were sitting and waiting, we saw our salesman walk past several times with out even looking at us. Seems like once they new we were going to buy the Denali, they no longer cared we were there. It is a used truck and I know there is risk involved in buying used, but they refused to fix the ABS issue they knew about. Now it's 3 weeks later and I just had to get the vehicle towed home ( I think it's the fuel pump). I will NEVER go back there. More

We felt comfortable with him right away and being that he was so easy going, helped us to relax and therefore making it easier to find what we were looking for. While we were waiting to see Patrick in the Finance Department, we were made comfortable in the waiting area, and everyone was very friendly to us, which again made the waiting easier to do. Patrick took care of the financing part for us. He was friendly and let us know up front what was going on and what he needed from us. He explained everything to us so that we could understand the terms of the loan, and worked well with us to finish up the final paperwork so that we could take our car home that day. Our experience was that of feeling very important to them although there were many other people around looking at cars, etc. we felt that we mattered and that is how they were treating everyone, and that is what keeps us coming back. People who know what they are doing, and who keep you abreast of what is happening and who treat you as if you really matter to them, that you aren't just numbers on an invoice, but that you are real people, that is what you will find at Boucher Chevrolet Waukesha. One thing I did want to say about the Service Department is that they are really good, they know there business, they keep us informed when they are working on our vehicles, and let us know upfront what kind of cost we are looking at and we have been very satisfied with them. In purchasing my new vehicle their were a few items that they agreed to do to the vehicle after my purchase. This is when I dealt with Ted Mansell in the service department. I was so impressed by the service I received and how prompt he handled everything. I am a customer for life because of these two individuals! I've taken my car here a few times for some simple repairs, and while I was satisfied with the work, I could not get over how rude their staff was. Each time I went in, whether to drop off my car or repairs, and while I was satisfied with the work, I could not get over how rude their staff was. Each time I went in, whether to drop off my car or pick it up, I stood there waiting for way too long. At one point, I was standing right in front of two employees who were chatting about after-work plans. When I said "Excuse me," I got a look like I was rudely interrupting them. I can understand one bad day, but I've gotten this kind of attitude every time I've walked in there. Friendly customer service does not seem like it's a priority. I'm fine with the work they do, but I think I'll take my money somewhere where I'm not treated like an annoyance. More
