We worked with Kim Streubel when we purchased our Dodge Ram 3500 Dually truck. She did an excellent job. She answered all our questions and if she didn't know she got the answers. We were extremely happy with the Service department, specifically Jesse. He fixed a scratch on the top of the tailgate. It was done perfectly. You can't tell that there was a scratch on it. Fantastic job. We weren't happy with Finance. Darek told us that Ally had a better rate than Landmark Credit Union. We checked Landmark's rates the next day and they were 2% cheaper. We called Darek after we checked Landmark's rates. He said he didn't figure in our membership rates with Landmark. We will be refinancing with Landmark. That was the only part of the transaction that we were not happy with. Otherwise it was a great experience. More
