unsatisfied 3500HD duramax this is the second time I've had this truck in for a service engine light. both times it has been the DEF tank heater which is covered under the warra this is the second time I've had this truck in for a service engine light. both times it has been the DEF tank heater which is covered under the warranty. The second time around began in early october of this year, the truck was brought in to Boucher service and it was not immediately repaired due to parts unavailability. So I waited and called twice over several weeks and still no parts. AS this went on the truck emissions controls began restricting the use of the truck. So I left a message for the service manager to call me and he never did, but (now early December) my previous service advisor did get back to me to get the truck in for repairs saying the parts were now available. So I brought it in and they replaced the DEF tank heater again. I asked if the dealer could do emissions certification because my registration was due for renewal now and I was told no they can not do that. So I got the truck back and have been driving it for several weeks. I have had it in to a emissions testing station 4 times and each time the truck has failed due to "O2 hand heated O2 monitors not ready" . After a call back to the dealer I was told this has nothing to do with the repairs made. Maybe this is the case but why was i given a vehicle back from service that won't pass emissions ??? Just seems to me this would be something a tech working on the emissions system would notice before the work was complete. Now its going back in for repairs to find out why it won't pass emissions but not at BOUCHER. More

Scheduling confusion For the second time (in a row) I have made an appointment online and then been contacted and told my time was not available (the first time because yo For the second time (in a row) I have made an appointment online and then been contacted and told my time was not available (the first time because you were not going to be open that day and the second because you were double booked). The second time I was contacted the morning of my appointment for this cancellation and told I should really just call to make appointments because the online system is not reliable - like it was my fault for using a scheduling option you made available. Also, in general over the past several years of having my vehicle serviced with Boucher, I don't get the sense that anyone there really cares about my business and whether I am really satisfied as long as I give the right survey answers. I probably will keep using Boucher for service until I no longer have any coupons/deals because even though I don't really like how I feel when I'm there, as there are elements of your service that are convenient to me (mainly that it is familiar and it is quick enough that I can wait for my car to be serviced). More
